Today I Wore Purple...

My sister-in-law's 50th birthday was today. I thought it might be nice to surprise her with a cake in case her husband didn't make her one. Jim and I went to her work and lo and behold, not only did she have one, but her coworkers went all out to decorate her office as well. She seemed pleased and I  thought it was a way to spread a little sunshine. :)

What shall I do tomorrow?

  1. This is how busy I've been, that I haven't been able to read your blog in a week!!! As the recipient of said cake, thank you so much--it was much beloved, but the much better part was receiving your and Jim's love. It was the best part of my day. And, now that I have had time to peruse your blog again, there are further thanks in order. I get to teach about Christ in Relief Society in December, and I, too, will be wearing purple, and telling those sisters about my remarkable sister-in-law, who loves Him so tremendously, testifies of Him in all she does, and emulates him so consistently. Thank you, then, for focusing the lesson :)

    1. You are extremely kind in your comments and they humble me. xo
